We both have worked in the healthcare field as Occupational Therapists for over 10 years and are currently still active and working in the field. We provide custom exercise programs for various age groups and medical diagnoses. Our goal now after seeing the healthcare system and the limitations with insurance, is to provide an affordable sustainable program for all fitness levels to maintain and sustain over a lifetime. As regular exercise has numerous benefits when it comes to preventing various diseases as it has been shown to reduce the risk of chronic diseases such as heart disease, stroke, type 2 diabetes, and certain types of cancer. It does this by reducing inflammation, improving insulin sensitivity, and lowering blood pressure and cholesterol levels.
We both have busy lives working in healthcare, taking care of our cat children and being apart of WOW women of wrestling. We started training approximately 5 years ago and trying to manage work, wrestling training, and maintaining a good workout routine was a struggle. But in this struggle, we found the best and most sustainable programs that proved to have the best results for us. We didn’t spend hours in the gym anymore and guess what?!! We had better results!! Quantity is not the answer! We found the balanced quick 30-45 min workouts helped maintain a better hormonal balance for us both. We were less stressed!!
